Project Overview I am seeking an experienced Architectural Designer or Architect to prepare a high-quality planning application package for a proposed one-off rural dwelling in County Meath, Ireland. The proposed dwelling will be approximately 100m² and must be designed in accordance with: • Meath Rural House Design Guide. • Meath County Development Plan. • Irish Building Regulations. • EPA wastewater treatment requirements. • Meath County Council planning and roads standards. I will provide rough concept sketches and layout ideas. These should be considered preliminary concepts only. The successful candidate will be expected to: • Refine and optimise the internal layout. • Improve the architectural design and external appearance. • Ensure compliance with planning and building regulations. • Produce a professional drawing package suitable for planning submission. • Demonstrate strong alignment with the Meath Rural House Design Guide. The objective is to create a design that has the strongest possible planning case while maintaining excellent design quality and rural character. ________________________________________ Scope of Services Develop the proposed dwelling from initial concept sketches into a planning-ready design.
