US-Process Cold Caller (Remote | India-Based | Calling USA) About ConfirmField ConfirmField develops software helping construction and repair businesses organize job photos and documentation. We want to speak with business owners, understand their current photo-management process, identify pain points, and invite interested businesses to try our software free. What you’ll do Make outbound calls to construction and repair businesses in the USA, including roofing, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. Speak with owners or decision-makers about how they manage job photos and project documentation. Discover whether they use tools such as CompanyCam or other solutions, and what they like or find frustrating. Ask thoughtful discovery questions, listen carefully, and record accurate customer feedback. Briefly introduce ConfirmField and offer a free trial where relevant. Schedule 15-minute virtual product walkthroughs with interested prospects. Track calls, outcomes, follow-ups, and booked meetings in a shared spreadsheet or CRM. What we’re looking for Strong spoken English with a natural, clear American-style accent; US customer experience is a plus. Comfortable speaking professionally with busy small-business owners. Good listening and conversational skills; able to ask questions rather than read a script. Reliable internet, quiet calling environment, good headset, and clear voice quality. Available part-time during relevant business hours (UTC-5), with schedule agreed in advance. Engagement & compensation Project type: Fixed-price pilot (approximately 10 hours). Pilot budget: $26 fixed price for the one-week pilot.

Compensation

for ongoing work is negotiable based on experience and demonstrated calling skills. Strong performance may lead to ongoing part-time work. Performance bonus discussed and agreed in advance. Extra 25% incentive per client booked for appointment (to be agreed and managed through Freelancer milestones).
