I already have panoramic x-rays and a recent CAT scan; I can forward the DICOM files immediately. My main questions are: • Is the proposed treatment plan sound, or would you modify it? • Do the images show a need for bone grafting before placement? • What should I expect step-by-step during surgery and healing? Please study the images in detail—feel free to import them into BlueSky-Plan, Romexis, or any other implant-planning software you prefer—and provide a concise written evaluation.
