Language Tutor Student Recruitment Specialist

I am looking for a student recruitment specialist who could help me find new students for my private online Russian and English lessons. I am Ukrainian and live in Finland, where I work as a self-employed language tutor. I am a qualified teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience, including more than 10 years online. Russian is my native language. I teach Russian at all levels (A1–C2) and English up to B1. My lessons are for adults, and students can be recruited internationally. Payment is commission-based: 50% of the first 8-lesson package purchased by each new student referred by the specialist. The commission is paid after the student has purchased and paid for the package. No upfront fees, hourly payments, or commissions on subsequent purchases.
