SMPS Design for Consumer Electronics

I'm looking for someone to design a custom switch-mode power supply for our Audio Unit The unit requires five DC rails: • +16 V • −16 V • +24 V • −24 V • +48 V phantom power We currently use an external linear power supply, but I would like to develop a smaller and more efficient switch-mode version. Because the supply powers Microphone Preamps and other Analogue Audio Circuits, switching noise and EMI are particularly important. The supply would need to be designed and filtered with this in mind. I'm looking to outsource the complete design rather than develop the SMPS ourselves. Ideally this would include the schematic, magnetics, PCB layout, prototype/testing and final production files.
