10 MW Solar Engineering Design Package

I need a seasoned solar design engineer who can work with my in-house team remotely and take full ownership of the engineering package for a 10 MW ground-mounted plant in Telangana. The work spans the complete life-cycle of pre-construction design: • Site-specific panel layout and optimal string configuration that respects topography, shading and row spacing. • Detailed electrical engineering—single-line diagrams, cable schedules, inverter station configuration, protection settings and grounding plans. • Comprehensive budgeting plus preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) so we can move straight into financing and permitting. All drawings must be delivered in editable CAD format accompanied by ready-to-issue PDFs, while the DPR and cost model should arrive in Excel and Word. Accuracy to prevailing BIS/IEC standards is essential, and the package has to be clean enough for immediate submission to local DISCOM and state nodal agencies. Time is critical: I’d like the first draft layout and energy yield estimates within a week, with the full stamped set finalised as soon as practical after iterative reviews.
