Real-Time Shopify Accounting Sync

I need my Shopify store to feed both sales and customer data straight into an accounting platform in real-time. I have not committed to QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks yet, so I’m open to whichever of those three you feel will provide the most seamless and reliable integration. Here’s what I expect: • A bi-directional or one-way connection (whichever is best practice) that pushes every new order, refund, and customer profile from Shopify to the chosen accounting tool within seconds of the event. • Clear mapping of patments, taxes, discounts, payment fees, and any multi-currency amounts so that the books remain balanced automatically. • A straightforward dashboard or log where I can verify that each sync succeeds and can manually re-push a record if something fails. • Written hand-off instructions so I can troubleshoot or extend the setup myself later. Acceptance criteria: the feed runs for a full business day without manual intervention, all transactions in Shopify match dollar-for-dollar in the accounting software, and new customers appear with complete contact information.
