Position: Growth Specialist Company: ZAM Work Setup: Remote | Independent Contractor | Flexible Hours Compensation Perks: Base Compensation, 5% Closing Commission on qualifying collected revenue from closed deals, 2% Retention Residual on recurring revenue (up to a 6-month residual cap), Incentive Bonuses: $500 referral bonus and $200 case-study bonus (subject to terms), 50% internet bill reimbursement + laptop provision upon regularization. About ZAM ZAM builds business operating systems for service businesses, integrating strategy, operations, automation, AI, and process improvement to help companies scale. What You’ll Do Unlike traditional lead generation roles, you’ll own the end-to-end client journey: - Acquisition: Conduct market research, target outreach, and generate qualified leads. - Sales & Closing: Run discovery calls, handle proposals, and close deals. - Delivery & Onboarding: Transition clients smoothly and stay involved as the primary project coordinator. - Account Growth: Build long-term client relationships to drive retainers and referrals. What We’re Looking For - Related Degree preferred, but performance and capability matter most. Open to motivated fresh graduates. - Strong written/verbal English communication and confidence with international clients. - Experience or strong interest in sales, business development, client management, or project management. - Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
