I’m looking for one partner who can tackle every stage of a complete online reset and relaunch for my company, Malu Tiny Homes. Phase 1 – Retire the old assets • Send 410 headers and permanently take both legacy websites offline. • Remove or close the associated Google Maps listings, Google Business Profiles, Google Ads accounts, Yelp, BBB and any other directory entries. • File every required takedown or removal request yourself and log each submission, response, and screenshot in a tracking sheet that you email me daily. Phase 2 – Migrate and close the ageing Gmail accounts Once the removals are confirmed, move all data from the two existing Gmail inboxes into my new address, verify nothing is lost, then shut the old accounts down. Phase 3 – Build the refreshed Malu Tiny Homes presence • Create the main site pages, the new Layaway page, plus product pages for food trucks and EV retrofits. • Upload pricing, photos and any details I supply. • Route every enquiry simultaneously to a GoHighLevel form or calendar, a webhook endpoint I’ll provide, and a backup direct email/phone notification so no lead slips through. Phase 4 – Automate qualification with AI calls Connect my SalesCloser account to the GoHighLevel workflow. The AI must: – Ask which unit or service the prospect wants, – Confirm their budget and preferred payment option, and – Find out when they plan to start and the best way to reach them. All call notes and scores should flow back into the contact record automatically. Access I’ll provide: both Gmail log-ins, cPanel/hosting credentials, GoHighLevel and SalesCloser accounts, plus the call script once we begin. Acceptance criteria 1. All legacy web properties return a live 410 status and are absent from Google, Yelp, BBB and major directories. 2. Migration report shows 100 % email data moved before old accounts are closed. 3. New pages are live, load cleanly on mobile and desktop, and push leads to all three endpoints. 4. AI calls trigger, record, and post results inside GoHighLevel within five minutes of each lead.
