Sobre el empleo

I’m putting together a dedicated job fair aimed exclusively at freelancers and I need an experienced event producer to bring it to life. The entire concept centres on connecting independent talent with fresh contract opportunities in one energetic, professionally run venue. Here’s what I need from you: develop the overall event blueprint, secure and manage the venue, craft a run-of-show that keeps foot traffic flowing, and coordinate every exhibitor touch-point—from onboarding materials to booth layout. Because the focus is a true job-fair environment, success will hinge on smooth registration, clear way-finding signage, and a tight schedule of micro-presentations that let attendees showcase their expertise. Marketing strategy is part of the brief as well. You’ll plan the social and email campaigns that pull the right freelancer crowd, supervise any paid-ad spend, and track sign-ups through to event day. Experience working with event-planning platforms (Eventbrite or similar), hybrid-streaming tools, and basic CRM integrations will be important. Deliverables • Detailed event plan and timeline • Confirmed venue contract with layout map • Exhibitor pack (guidelines, logistics, deadlines) • Marketing calendar with content drafts • Run-of-show and staffing roster • Post-event report with attendance metrics If you’ve produced freelance-focused fairs or conferences before—and can steer the project from concept to breakdown—I’d love to hear how you’d tackle this one.
