MikroTik Troubleshooting for Small Business

My small business runs entirely through a MikroTik-based network, and over the past few days something has gone wrong. Connections drop at random and performance is far from normal. I have ruled out the ISP, so the problem appears to be somewhere in the current router or switch configuration. You’ll receive full remote access to the MikroTik router and, if necessary, winbox/terminal credentials for the rest of the network gear. The task focuses purely on troubleshooting: pin-point the fault, correct it, and make sure the fix survives a reboot. If during the process you identify mis-configured firewall rules or routing loops, feel free to tidy them up, but the priority is to get the network reliably online again.
