We’re looking for people talented individuals who have recently completed their Masters or PhD, who want to take their technical depth and apply it to interesting and cutting edge challenges. We expect that you might have spent time in research, built something outside your studies, or developed deep expertise in a particular area. What matters most is how you think, what you can do, and how quickly you can turn that into something useful.​

Who We're Looking For ​ We're particularly interested in postgraduate talent with backgrounds in: ​ Computer Science, Maths , Physics, Engineering, Statistics and related STEM disciplines ​ Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, data science, software or systems

The Cohort ​ We recruit a small group of Fellows each round, with the next fellowship starting in January 2027.

The cohort gives you a group of peers from day one and gives us a regular way to bring exceptional technical talent into Baringa. It sits between traditional Early Careers and experienced hiring: you don't need years of experience, but you do need the technical depth to contribute from the start.
