Our Banking & Markets practice are looking for experienced Consultants & Senior Consultants to join the team.

Banking and Markets are being reinvented. AI is transforming how institutions operate, customer and regulatory expectations are rising, and established players are under pressure to grow, modernise and perform at pace. Our team works alongside senior leaders at financial institutions to tackle the challenges that matter most - from unlocking new sources of growth and reimagining operating models, to harnessing AI, modernising technology and responding to rapidly changing markets. Our clients include global transaction, corporate and investment banks, leading high-street banks, building societies, growing digital banking providers and more. You’ll combine strategic thinking and analytical rigour with hands-on delivery experience and an AI-first mindset, helping clients turn complex problems into meaningful, lasting change.

What you will be doing

Shaping and delivering large-scale technology, AI and digital transformation programmes, supporting our clients on their transformation journeys. Maximising business value for our clients through the definition and delivery of effective technology, digital, AI and data projects. We see strong demand in the market for pragmatic, delivery-focused consultants who are capable of leading teams, and have the ability to adapt to hybrid delivery models (e.g. Waterfall and Agile). Helping our clients reimagine how their operations will work in an AI age - redesigning processes, operating models and ways of working to drive operational excellence, and balancing the technology change with the people and process change needed to make it stick. Working directly with client stakeholders, building trusted working relationships and supporting effective communication across teams.

Your skills and experience Consulting experience (or experience within Banking and Markets organisations) of leading complex transformation for clients, with a strong understanding of AI, emerging technologies and the wider digital ecosystem. Product knowledge in one or more of the following domains: Retail, Commercial or Corporate Banking or Capital Markets (propositions, channels, operations and technologies). A proven track record in one or more of the following areas: Leading complex programmes spanning technology, business and operations, with AI at the core Delivering technology and AI solutions at pace, using Agile and hybrid delivery models Defining and delivering operating models built for an AI age Reinventing processes and driving operational excellence through data, automation and AI Shaping payments strategy and modernising payments (e.g. real-time payments, ISO 20022) Shaping technology and AI strategy and architecture Supporting digital assets and tokenisation, and navigating regulatory change (e.g. DORA, AI regulation).
