The Top End Early Learning Centre Tiwi is located on the Royal Darwin Hospital Grounds. As a non-profit Community Based Centre the Centre is governed by a parent committee and Managed by a Director. Our purpose-built centre for long day care has five main rooms that are organised according to the ages and developmental stages of our children.
