KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Cataract Surgery • Perform high-volume Topical Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery with consistently excellent surgical outcomes. • Independently perform Premium IOL implantation. • Manage premium lens cases and provide appropriate patient counseling regarding lens selection and expected visual outcomes.
