Re-type Hindi Book Manuscript

I have a printed Hindi book—somewhere between 100 and 300 pages—that I need converted into a clean, publication-ready Microsoft Word file. The task is straightforward yet detail-oriented: every line of the original text must be re-typed in Unicode Devanagari, proof-read for typing slips, and formatted so the digital version mirrors the print layout (chapter titles, sub-headings, paragraph breaks, page breaks and any verse or quotation styles). I will supply high-resolution scans of the printed pages; you return a single .docx that is ready for further editing or direct export to PDF.
