The house site is on a narrow mountain ridge with views on both sides. Except remove garage to below the house. The garage would be under the kitchen/dining room area. The rest of the house would be on a slab or crawlspace. reduce house size to two bedrooms would be on second floor and primary bedroom on first floor.
