I’m building a subscription-based web and mobile platform that helps salons and beauty studios stay on top of their clients and deliver a more personalised service. The core of the product is customer relationship management, so everything revolves around rich, easy-to-access customer profiles. Here’s what I need from you: • A modern, multi-tenant SaaS architecture with an admin portal for me to manage plans, trials and billing, and individual workspaces for each salon. • Fully responsive web app plus companion iOS and Android apps that mirror the same feature set. A single codebase (Flutter, React Native or similar) is welcome if it speeds up delivery while keeping quality high. • Customer profiles as the central data object, including quick search, tagging and simple import/export. The design should allow room to add automated marketing or review modules later, but those extras are out of scope for this first release. • Clean UI/UX that looks at home in the beauty industry—think light, friendly and professional. • Role-based access so owners, managers and stylists see only the information they need. • Secure authentication, data encryption in transit and at rest, and GDPR-ready consent flows. • Robust API documentation and unit/integration tests so my own team can extend the platform after hand-over. Acceptance criteria 1. A demo instance running in the cloud where I can create a new salon account, invite staff and start adding customer records. 2. iOS TestFlight and Android beta builds compiled from the same code I’ll receive in a clean, version-controlled repository. 3. Deployment scripts (Docker or equivalent) and a short runbook so I can reproduce the environment on AWS, GCP or Azure. 4. A concise hand-off session that walks me through the code structure, database schema and any third-party services used.
