Bilingual (Hindi/English) Telecaller Part-Time Job

Project Title: Part-Time Telecaller Needed (Hindi + English) Category: Customer Service / Virtual Assistant / Telemarketing Budget: ~₹6,000–9,000/month Project Description: We're looking for a reliable part-time telecaller to handle short outbound customer service calls (30 sec–1 min each) for our existing pan-India customer base. This is a follow-up/confirmation-focused role — full script and process will be shared during onboarding.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing customers from a provided list, including customers in North and South India Confirm and update order-related information Log call outcomes daily in Excel/Google Sheets Report call summaries to the manager daily/weekly Basic familiarity with Shopify or similar order platforms is a plus Requirements: Fluent in both Hindi/Hinglish and English — must be comfortable switching based on customer location/preference Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills Reliable daily availability for 3–4 hours (specify preferred time slot) Own phone/internet setup for making calls Prior telecalling experience preferred but not required
