Because my business sells services rather than physical goods, the site has to guide visitors smoothly from learning about each offering to booking and paying in one flow. Key functional requirements • Real-time booking system so clients can pick available dates or time slots and receive instant confirmation. • Service reviews displayed on each service page to boost trust and SEO. • Secure customer messaging area where logged-in users and I can exchange files or questions tied to a specific order. Payments must run through PayPal, Stripe, and Square, giving buyers maximum flexibility. Whichever framework or stack you prefer—whether that is WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify, Laravel, or a headless approach—make sure checkout is PCI-compliant, mobile-friendly, and thoroughly tested in sandbox and live modes. Deliverables 1. Responsive website with the three core features above fully integrated. 2. Written hand-off documentation covering how to update content, adjust schedules, and reconcile payments. 4.
