Project Title: Development of Telugu Daily e-Paper Web Portal with Multi-Page PDF Upload & Interactive Reader (Reference: epaper.netitharam.com) Project Description: We are looking for an experienced Web Developer / Full-Stack Engineer to develop a responsive, high-performance Telugu Regional e-Paper Web Portal inspired by epaper.netitharam.com. The platform is meant for publishing our daily print newspaper edition digitally. The admin should be able to upload a daily multi-page PDF (or page-wise high-resolution images), and readers should be able to navigate, zoom, crop/clip, and share individual news items seamlessly on mobile and desktop devices. Key Modules & Requirements: 1. Benchmark & UI/UX Layout (Reference: epaper.netitharam.com): Clean top navigation bar featuring the newspaper logo, Telugu publication date, edition selector (e.g., Main Edition, District Editions), and page number switcher. Responsive desktop & mobile-first layout with smooth touch gestures (swipe between pages, pinch-to-zoom). Thumbnail sidebar or bottom tray showing small previews of all pages in that day’s edition. 2. e-Paper Viewer & Reader Engine: High-resolution rendering without text blur when users zoom in to read small print columns. Fast page loading using modern web libraries (e.g., PDF.js, Real3D FlipBook, or Canvas-based image slicing). Options for users to: Zoom In / Zoom Out / Reset View. Download full edition PDF or individual page PDF/Image. Switch easily between Page 1, 2, 3, etc. 3. Interactive News Clipping / Cropping Tool (Mandatory): Similar to regional Telugu e-papers, readers must have a "Crop / Cut" tool. A selectable rectangular crop frame to highlight a specific article or advertisement on the page. 1-Click options on the cropped area: Download Clip as JPG/PNG with our newspaper masthead/watermark attached. Share to WhatsApp directly with a custom message and portal link. 4. Admin Dashboard & Publishing Workflow: Simple, secure admin panel to manage daily editions: Select Date and Edition/District. Upload single multi-page PDF or bulk upload page images (JPG/PNG). Auto-generation of page thumbnails and archive links. Edition management: Ability to edit, delete, or replace pages of an already published date. 5. Archive & Calendar System: Interactive calendar/date picker allowing readers to browse past editions by selecting any previous date and year. Search/filter past editions by edition name or date range. 6. Monetization & Ad Placements: Pre-configured, high-CTR display ad spaces: Top header banner ad. Sidebar ads and inter-page banner slots (Google AdSense and local business sponsor banners). 7. Performance, Hosting & SEO: Lightweight, optimized architecture compatible with standard cPanel / VPS hosting (PHP/MySQL or WordPress). Clean Open Graph (OG) meta tags so that when an e-paper link or clip is shared on WhatsApp/Facebook, the newspaper logo and date appear clearly in the preview. Deliverables Expected: Complete, live deployment of the e-paper portal on our cPanel/server with SSL configured. Fully functional e-paper reader with deep zoom and clipping tool. Easy-to-use Admin panel for daily PDF/image uploads and archive management. 15–30 days of post-launch bug fixing and support.
