Automated Booking & CRM Integration

I need a streamlined workflow that takes every contact-form submission from my existing website, drops the data straight into Airtable, and immediately assigns the enquiry to the practitioner who covers that postcode. Once matched, the practitioner must receive the details by WhatsApp with two quick-reply buttons: Accept or Decline. Their tap should update the Airtable record in real time so I can see at a glance which requests are confirmed and which need reassignment. After a response, the system should: • send a short follow-up asking whether the appointment actually went ahead (or, if you think a live calendar link is cleaner, auto-create the appointment instead and skip the follow-up) • log the outcome in Airtable for reporting and invoicing At month-end I want an automated tally of all completed visits per practitioner and an emailed invoice or payment link so billing happens without manual spreadsheets. Please build, connect, and fully test the following: • Web-to-Airtable form capture integration • Postcode-based practitioner routing logic • WhatsApp notification and one-click Accept/Decline update • Optional calendar booking step (Google or Outlook, happy to take guidance) • Monthly automated billing from Airtable data Zapier, Make, custom scripts—use whatever stack you’re comfortable with, as long as it runs reliably and I can tweak basic settings later.
