Scope of Work & Deliverables Concept Development: Create comprehensive mood boards establishing visual and conceptual directions, including a dedicated board for duplex spaces featuring materials, color palettes, sensory elements, and experiential goals. Design Visualization: Produce high-quality 3D renders for every zone, totaling 15 interior and landscape 3D renders. Timeline & Milestones Concept Development: 5 days from the kick-off meeting. Design Visualization: 15 days following the issuance of the approved mood boards.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential interior design and landscape visualization for spaces around 300 sqm. Strong portfolio showcasing high-end duplex concepts and mood boards. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D rendering software.
