Confidential Mystery Audio Restoration Needed

Someone slipped me an audio file that seems to be looping the same short clip. Right now it is buried under hiss, distortion, low-level vocals and a noticeable echo, so I can only catch fragments of words. I have tried to enhance the file myself but to no sucess I need a seasoned audio engineer with the right tools (iZotope RX, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools or similar) to strip away every layer of noise, lift the vocal as clearly as possible, and tame the echo without introducing artifacts. My sole purpose is to hear exactly what’s being said; the cleaner and more intelligible, the better. Confidentiality is critical. I will provide the file only after we agree on an NDA, and I expect the processed material to remain private. Deliverables: • A high-quality, cleaned master (WAV or lossless) with maximised vocal clarity • A brief outline of the steps or modules used, so I understand what was done If anything remains unintelligible after your best pass, flag those time-stamps so I know where the limits are.
