I’m expanding our internet services help-desk and need a small team initially 1 or 2 of New Zealand-based freelancers who can jump straight into front-line technical support. Your focus will be on troubleshooting connectivity, modem/router settings, and account issues through two live channels: phone and live chat. Because our customers are all local, a clear Kiwi accent required. A quiet workspace, and the confidence to guide non-technical users step-by-step until their service is restored. Typical shift blocks run 4–6 hours between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. NZST, and I’m happy to schedule around your existing freelance commitments.
