AI Video Sales Representative Commission-Based — Remote / Worldwide

Position: Freelance Sales Representative Work Arrangement: Remote, Worldwide Compensation: Commission Only + Performance Bonus About Reel Harbor Reel Harbor is an AI video production agency providing creative video solutions for clients across different industries. Our services include AI-generated films, music videos, advertisements, branded content, short-form videos, and other AI video production projects. We are looking for motivated, proactive Sales Representatives who can identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert opportunities into paid projects.

Responsibilities

* Independently identify and approach potential clients worldwide. * Develop new business opportunities in the film, music, advertising, marketing, and digital content industries. * Reach out to filmmakers, production companies, musicians, advertising agencies, brands, and other potential buyers. * Introduce Reel Harbor’s AI video production services and present relevant portfolio samples. * Understand client requirements, communicate with prospects, follow up on leads, and negotiate project opportunities. * Coordinate with our team on quotations, production requirements, and project handovers. * Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client responses, quotations, and closed deals. * Build long-term client relationships and explore opportunities for repeat business. You are responsible for client acquisition and sales. Our production team will handle video production and delivery. Commission Structure This is a commission-only opportunity with no fixed salary. 1. Orders below US$500 Earn 10% commission on the qualifying amount actually received from each client. 2. Orders of US$500 or above Earn 12% commission on the qualifying amount actually received from each client. Examples: * US$200 order = US$20 commission. * US$400 order = US$40 commission. * US$800 order = US$96 commission. * US$2,000 order = US$240 commission. Commission is calculated on client payments successfully received for eligible projects, subject to the agreed commission terms. Monthly Performance Bonus — US$200 Sales Representatives who achieve ALL of the following monthly targets will qualify for an additional US$200 performance bonus: * Contact at least 100 qualified prospective clients. * Close at least 12 paid orders below US$500 each. * Close at least 3 paid orders of US$500 or above each. The bonus is additional to earned commissions. All qualifying orders must be genuine, attributable to the representative, and paid by the client. Outreach records must be available for verification.
