Dealership Mystery Shopper Call

I need a mystery shopper to call an automobile dealership, pose as a genuine customer, and report back on the experience. Scope of the assignment • Place one phone call to the dealership. • Introduce yourself as someone interested in booking a test drive or arranging a visit. • Gauge how friendly the sales staff sound and how confidently they explain vehicle features. • Note any extra effort they make—offering alternative models, finance details, or special promotions. What to capture 1. Exact date & time of the call and the name (or description) of the person who answers. 2. Summary of key questions you asked and how clearly they responded. 3. Your assessment of their product knowledge and overall friendliness, backed by specific examples or quotes. 4. Whether they proactively suggested next steps (confirming the test-drive slot, directions to the showroom, follow-up email, etc.). 5. A concise paragraph on overall impressions plus a 1-to-10 rating for: • Friendliness • Product knowledge • Persuasiveness to secure the test drive Deliverable A short written report (1–2 pages) or structured spreadsheet containing the above points, delivered within 48 hours of the call. I will supply the dealership’s name and phone number upon award.
