Egypt Construction HSE Supervision

Note: Egyptians only - daily site presence is mandatory --- I’m overseeing the construction of a new industrial plant in Egypt and need a seasoned HSE professional on site to keep everything compliant, safe, and well-documented from day one. The scope centers on a live construction environment, so proven experience with industrial facilities, local legislation, and international standards such as OSHA / NEBOSH guidelines is critical. Fluency in Arabic and solid English reporting skills will be a plus. Primary deliverables I expect from you: • Daily site inspections with concise safety reports issued before close of business. • Engaging safety training sessions and toolbox talks that resonate with multilingual crews. • Formal risk assessments accompanied by clear, actionable safety plans tailored to each work phase. Success will be measured by: – Zero lost-time incidents. – Timely submission of all documentation (daily, weekly, and ad-hoc). – Positive feedback from the project manager and subcontractors regarding training effectiveness.
