À propos de l'offre

I have a series of mission-critical data-centre projects moving into fabrication stage and I need a Revit specialist who can own the electrical and low-voltage models from now through final coordination. All modelling must be produced in Revit at LOD 400 so that fabrication shops can lift straight from the file. Current architectural and mechanical backgrounds are already set up; you will slot in as the electrical BIM lead, pushing weekly federated clashes in Navisworks and resolving them with the wider team. Scope of work • Build and maintain the electrical/telecom model in Revit at full LOD 400, covering power distribution, lighting systems and all emergency circuits and devices. • Lead coordination sessions, run Navisworks clash detection and issue concise reports after each review. • Generate annotated shop drawings, panel schedules and any required quantity take-offs directly from the model before hand-off. Acceptance criteria • Revit file passes clash tests against current architectural, structural and mechanical models with no hard clashes left unresolved. • All electrical families and fabrication parts are parametric, tagged and aligned to project naming conventions. • Sheet set exported in PDF and DWG matches the approved drawing index and is ready for permit/fabrication submission. I will provide the Revit template, BIM execution plan and weekly meeting slots; you bring deep Revit expertise, clean modelling habits and the ability to communicate issues clearly and quickly.
