Team Time Motion Tracker

I have a team of 11 people who must log every task they handle each day together with the minutes or hours spent on it. The core of the project is a clean, reliable time-and-motion sheet where entries are typed in manually; no automated start–stop timers are required right now. At the end of a day, week or month I need to pull concise, easy-to-read summary reports that show total time per person, per task category and for the whole team. Charts or pivot-style tables that can be exported to Excel or PDF would be ideal so I can share performance snapshots during stand-ups. The build platform is still open. A lightweight web app would let everyone log in from anywhere, but I’m happy to consider a small desktop tool or a simple mobile interface if that keeps things fast and secure. Whichever route you recommend, the interface must: • let each user choose or add a task description, enter the time taken and save in one click • prevent accidental overwriting of another user’s data • let me, as admin, edit entries and download the data set at any time Acceptance criteria 1. Manual entry form tested with 11 simultaneous users 2. Summary report generator grouping by user, date range and task name 3. Export of raw data and reports to CSV/Excel and PDF If you already have experience with time tracking logic, SQL or no-code back-ends such as Airtable, Google Apps Script or Django that will speed things up. Security, clear documentation and a short hand-off call will round off the project.
