Japanese Language Tutor Required – Freelance Opportunity **Institution:** Samarth College of Engineering & Management, Belhe **Location:** Belhe, Maharashtra **Mode:** Offline / In-person **Target Group:** Engineering Students – True Beginners **Engagement:** Freelance / Part-time We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Japanese Language Tutor who can visit our college and train a small group of engineering students in **basic Japanese language skills, while also integrating essential soft-skill development into the learning process. ### Key Responsibilities Japanese Language Training * Introduce students to fundamental Japanese grammar and sentence structures. * Teach everyday vocabulary and useful conversational expressions. * Develop correct pronunciation and basic speaking skills. * Encourage students to communicate in Japanese from the beginning. * Use practical, interactive activities appropriate for complete beginners. **Soft-Skill Development** The tutor should integrate activities that help students develop: * Effective communication skills * Teamwork and collaboration * Problem-solving skills * Confidence and presentation skills * Listening and interpersonal skills Activities may include role-plays, group discussions, team-based tasks, small projects, presentations, and reflective exercises, preferably conducted using simple Japanese wherever appropriate. ### Preferred Teaching Approach We are looking for a tutor who follows an interactive, learner-centered and activity-based teaching approach, rather than relying only on lectures or textbook-based instruction. ### Preferred Candidate * Prior experience teaching Japanese to beginners. * Ability to teach engineering/college students. * Good communication and classroom-management skills. * Experience integrating language learning with soft-skills activities would be an advantage. * Preference will be given to tutors who are located in or near Belhe / Junnar / Otur / Narayangaon / Pune region and can visit the college. ### Interested Tutors If you are interested, please share: 1.
