5-Star Hotel Complete MEP Design

I’m taking a 17,000 m² luxury hotel from pure architectural concept to construction, and I need a full MEP package to make that happen. Every system is in play—electrical power and lighting, low-current and ELV networks, HVAC, plumbing and drainage, as well as fire protection—across the entire property, including guest areas, back-of-house, exterior works, kitchens, laundry, spa, pools and staff facilities. You’ll start with the PDF/DWG architectural backgrounds I supply, develop the engineering concept, run all necessary load and hydraulic calculations, size equipment, and produce fully coordinated layouts and shop drawings that fit brand standards and local codes. Clash-free integration with structure and interiors is essential. Preferred deliverables • Revit 2023 (or compatible) federated BIM model, aligned to the architectural grid • Tender- and construction-ready drawings in PDF & DWG (A0/A1) • Calculation files: HAP or equivalent for HVAC, Dialux/Relux for lighting, hydraulic spreadsheets, etc. • Design narrative, material schedules and extractable quantity take-offs I’ll review each package for code compliance, coordination accuracy and quantity consistency before approval.
