I have a collection of PDF files that need to be turned into a clean, well-organized Excel workbook. Every line of information—whether text, numbers, or simple tables—must be captured accurately, then placed into clearly labeled columns and rows so the sheet is ready for filtering, sorting, and basic analysis. Please keep original ordering and any obvious grouping intact, but feel free to streamline repetitive headings or merge split rows where it improves usability. Cell formatting should stay simple: consistent fonts, visible gridlines, date and currency fields set to their correct data types. No macros or complex formulas are required; the goal is clarity and reliability. Deliverables: • One Excel (.xlsx) file per source PDF, with each logical section on its own worksheet when appropriate • Spot-checked proof of 100 % data completeness (a short notes tab listing any ambiguities you encountered) • Turnaround time and status update halfway through the batch so any issues can be resolved early I will supply the PDFs upon project start and can answer questions about any unclear entries.
