Provide Bulk Outlook Accounts

I need between 100 and 500 fresh Outlook email accounts, all created within the past week and able to pass Microsoft’s standard security checks. Please deliver a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) containing for each account: • Outlook address • Password • The same recovery email address I will supply once we start I’m paying $0.10 per account, so the file should reflect that exact count. Accounts must log in successfully on first attempt; any that fail or prompt additional verification must be replaced at no extra cost.
