I am looking for someone who can independently generate qualified leads using organic methods and convert those leads into paying clients. Responsibilities

Find potential clients organically through Google Maps, Google Search, LinkedIn, business directories, and other relevant platforms. Identify small businesses that need a new website or improvements to their existing website. Contact business owners through personalized outreach, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other appropriate channels. Generate qualified leads and build relationships with potential clients. Handle follow-ups, client communication, sales discussions, and negotiations. Present our website design services and portfolio to potential clients. Convert interested prospects into paying website design clients. Coordinate with me regarding project requirements, pricing, and delivery. Ideal Candidate Proven experience in organic lead generation and B2B sales. Strong experience in selling website design or digital services. Ability to communicate professionally with international clients. Experience targeting businesses in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or other international markets. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and sales-closing skills. Self-motivated, reliable, and focused on results. Commission & Payment 100% commission-based compensation. No fixed salary or upfront payment. Commission will be paid for successfully closed and paid website projects. Commission percentage, payment terms, and refund-related conditions will be mutually agreed upon before starting.
