I’m looking for reliable help feeding customer contact information into my existing spreadsheets. Your core task is straightforward: take the raw details I provide (names, emails, phone numbers, company, role) and enter them accurately, keeping formatting consistent and cleaning up obvious typos as you go. Beyond simple typing, I also need light research. When a record is missing a key field—say an email or direct line—you’ll track it down online, double-check it’s current, and then populate the sheet. Accuracy is more important than speed, so I’d rather you verify each piece of data than rush through rows. Deliverables • An updated spreadsheet fully populated with customer contact information, free of duplicates and obvious errors. • A short note summarising any records you couldn’t complete and why (e.g. information not publicly available). I work in Google Sheets, so familiarity there is essential. If you’re comfortable with basic data-cleaning functions (filter, deduplication, simple formulas) that’s a plus. Let me know your typical turnaround time for, say, 200 rows, and any similar projects you’ve handled.
