Think clean geometry, expansive glazing, and interiors that flow effortlessly into the outdoor areas—every space should celebrate light, function, and a crisp modern aesthetic. Scope of work From concept through construction documents, I’d like you to shape the full architectural package. We’ll start with mood boards and rough massing studies, refine those into detailed floor plans, then progress to 3D models that clearly communicate form, material, and spatial experience. Once the design is locked, translate it into permit-ready drawings that a contractor can price and build from. Deliverables (all digital) • Concept sketches and mood imagery • Scaled floor plans, elevations, and sections (DWG/Revit + PDF) • Photorealistic interior and exterior renders • Door, window, and finish schedules • Final construction set compliant with local code Acceptance criteria The finished set must reflect a coherent modern language, accommodate at least five bedrooms plus generous living zones, and be dimensionally coordinated so engineers can drop in their work without re-drafting. Editable files and a print-ready PDF bundle will mark project completion.
