Social Media Growth Specialist / Media Buyer Needed – 7-Day Project

We are looking for an experienced **Social Media Growth Specialist / Media Buyer** for a focused **7-day project** across **two social media accounts**. Our main objective is to rapidly increase the number of **relevant, high-quality followers** before upcoming events, while also improving the overall look and performance of our paid social campaigns. ### Scope of Work You will be responsible for: - Managing paid follower-growth campaigns for **2 accounts** - Creating the advertising creatives needed for the campaigns - Designing static ads, stories, reels/short-form creative concepts, and other suitable formats - Writing ad copy and headlines - Setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns - Testing different creatives and audiences - Optimizing campaigns daily to achieve the lowest possible cost per relevant follower - Increasing engagement and visibility around our upcoming events - Reviewing both accounts and recommending any quick improvements that could help conversion and follower growth - Providing daily updates on spend, followers gained, cost per follower, reach, and engagement ### Main Goal The priority during these 7 days is: **Grow both accounts with real, relevant followers as efficiently as possible before our upcoming events.** We are not looking for fake followers, bots, or low-quality engagement. ### Requirements The ideal freelancer should have: - Strong Meta Ads experience - Proven experience growing Instagram/Facebook accounts through paid campaigns - Good creative/design skills - Ability to create ad creatives without depending on another designer - Experience with education, events, youth, universities, or similar audiences is a plus - Good understanding of the Egyptian market - Ability to start immediately and actively manage the campaigns throughout the 7 days **Duration:** 7 days **Number of Accounts:** 2 **Start:** Immediately **Market:** Egypt **Objective:** Follower Growth + Awareness + Event Visibility When applying, please send examples of accounts or campaigns you have grown, examples of creatives you have designed, your typical cost per follower if available, and your fee for managing both accounts for the full 7 days.
