I require an experienced architectural designer and 3D visualisation specialist to redesign the internal layout of a residential property using the supplied dimensioned floor plans. This is primarily an internal-layout project. The designer must work accurately from the existing drawings and dimensions. The following must remain exactly as shown: * External walls and overall building footprint * Existing rear extension * Windows and external doors * Existing staircase position * Balcony/terrace * Roof arrangement The external appearance is not being redesigned, but it must be accurately reproduced within the final whole-house 3D model. ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS The property requires a highly accessible and wheelchair-friendly internal layout.
