Elegant Logo for Local Shop

I’m rebranding a small brick-and-mortar shop and need a logo that instantly communicates quality and tradition. The overall look should feel classic and elegant—think refined lines, balanced proportions, and timeless typography—rather than anything overly modern or playful. Key elements I’d like to see: the full business name rendered in beautiful, readable lettering, paired with a simple, memorable symbol that can stand on its own for signage, packaging, and social media avatars. Because the logo will appear on storefront signage, menus, labels, and print ads, it must scale perfectly from large format to favicon size. Please build the artwork in vector format so we can resize without loss of detail. Subtle color accents are welcome, yet the design should also hold up in pure black-and-white for stamps and embossing.
