The platform should offer essential capabilities comparable to established shipping services such as FedEx or UPS, but with a simpler, cost-effective architecture. We are not seeking to replicate the full infrastructure of a major carrier. We prefer a phased Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach, focusing first on core shipping operations and leaving advanced capabilities for future releases. Applicants should be willing to evaluate the existing codebase and provide separate recommendations or quotations for (A) completing/improving the current platform versus (B) rebuilding a streamlined MVP.
