META / INSTAGRAM COMMERCE RESTRICTION – NEED EXPERT TO FIX Hi, I need a Meta/Instagram Commerce expert to troubleshoot and resolve an Instagram Shopping/product-tagging issue for my business. Initially, when we tried to add a product, Instagram showed: “This product isn't available to add on Instagram.” We checked the website, product URL, Facebook Page, Instagram account and catalog. Now we have identified the main issue. Instagram is showing this account restriction: “Your account was restricted on August 20, 2026 for not following our Community Standards. This restriction is preventing you from setting up your shop and linking catalogs to your Reels.” It also gives an option to View Transparency Center → Review restriction details → Request a review. WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO We need you to diagnose and resolve the restriction and get Instagram Shopping/product tagging working. Please: Check exactly what restriction was placed on our Instagram account. Check the Transparency Center / Account Status / Account Restrictions. Identify the exact reason for the restriction. Check whether there are any policy violations, rejected content, rejected products, catalog issues or business-account restrictions affecting Commerce. Check our Meta Business Manager and Commerce Manager for any additional restrictions. Check whether our Instagram account is properly eligible for Instagram Shopping/product tagging. Help us submit the correct Request for Review/appeal if available. Fix any issues on our side that are preventing approval. Check the product catalog and make sure products are eligible for Instagram tagging. Once the restriction is resolved, test the account yourself.
