À propos de l'offre

PRE INFO: I have a three-phase residential architectural plan/ permit set in Illinois USA. This is for step 1 of 3. A valid IDFPR number must be include on line one of proposal. Step 1 ($500 US) NEED: This is for an as-built porch/ walkway, NO (MEP) mechanical, electrical or plumbing. The porch needs slight modifications to fit needs: followed by calculations, stamp and letter. PROVIDED: Full CAD files that only need small adjustments. (.dae .dwg .ifc and .rvt) There are site pictures and notes to be provided and additional info readily available when needed. TO COMPLETE: A licensed Illinois Structural Engineer (SE) or Registered Architect (RA) to complete the formal structural review, edit plans and place your professional stamp on the drawings. DELIVERABLES: • A digitally signed and sealed PDF of the structural sheets and cover letter. • Confirmation that the set meets bearing and wind loads for local amends (ground snow load 30 psf, wind design 115 mph, frost depth 40 inches) ready for permit submission. I am looking to submit within the next two weeks, so please include your typical turnaround time and any questions about scope or file format when you reply. Paid on completion. OTHER Brief Project Details: This porch or walkway was constructed using acceptable engineering practice but is non prescriptive according to the 2021 IRC. There are some missing details from the as-built CAD that will need to be added to the plans prior to evaluation; specifically details that did not or could not fully express in scanning; like concrete footing details, fasteners and reinforcements. The current as-is design will be shorted by removing approximately 10 feet away from the main structure. POST INFO: The professional who completes Step 1 will more than likely be asked to complete step 2 and 3. Step 2 ($1500 US) is a residential addition design using existing as-built CAD details and site specific needs to make plan set, NO MEP. Step 3 ($1500 US) is a residential elevated deck using existing as-built CAD details and site specific needs to make plan set, NO MEP. Bonus on completion of all 3 steps ($500 CASH US) All steps total is $4000 US
