Traditional Coat of Arms Design

I'm looking for a talented artist to create a traditional coat of arms banner. The design should incorporate the following elements: Knight aspects Flowers Fleur de lis Christian symbolism Dove The color scheme should be regal. The banner would sit on a black background, so a border with lighter aspects is necessary. Dark blues, gold, tan, burgundy, darker greens for greenery I believe all would fit well. I'd like the light blue aspects of the shield to remain as they reference other design aspects of the room. A metallic sheen on the shield can be a plus. How the example banner is ordered is not necessarily final. Very open to the addition of things and reorganizing what goes where. This does require drawing. For example, I'd like the wreath that wraps beneath the shield to be drawn in a more complex manner. I'd like to avoid a cartoonish feel to the piece. This is to be sown into a 100x60cm tapestry. Ideal skills include: Experience in traditional heraldic design Proficiency in metallic color application Strong artistic ability in floral and symbolic representation
