Solo Practitioner Law Firm Website

I seek an experienced web designer/developer to build a professional corporate website for my law firm, targeting prospects in the European Union, United States and Latin America. The site will launch in English, with selected sections translated into Spanish later. Joomla is preferred; WordPress may be proposed as an alternative. Scope covers sitemap and wireframes, responsive design, CMS implementation, intake, scheduling, payments, privacy/cookie controls, security, SEO, accessibility basics, testing, documentation, training and handover. I must own the accounts, files and credentials. Fully remote project; launch within a maximum of 10 weeks. Indicative launch budget: US$3,000–$5,000.
