Workshop AV Tech Support

I’m running a small workshop and want everything to feel seamless for my attendees. The day before we begin, I need an experienced on-site technician to walk through the venue with me, check every microphone, mixer, speaker, projector, and screen, and be certain that video is crisp and audio is clear from every seat. On the day of the workshop itself I’ll need you back on site for a couple of hours just before and into the opening session––handling any last-minute adjustments, switching sources, and jumping in fast if a cable, projector setting, or mic level misbehaves. Key deliverables • Pre-event tech check (audio & mics, video & projectors) • Day-of on-site support for the first hours of the workshop If you’re comfortable troubleshooting PA systems, projectors, and typical conference-room gear on the fly, I’d love to work with you.
