À propos de l'offre

I need a detail-oriented QA professional to run a full round of functional and usability tests on our production-ready web application. The work must cover Chrome, Safari and Firefox on desktop, tablet and mobile to ensure a consistent experience everywhere. Scope of testing The focus is on three critical user journeys: • User registration and login • Payment process • General content browsing and interaction For each flow, I expect you to: • Create concise test cases, run them, and record the results • Log defects in clear, reproducible steps—screenshots or short clips when helpful • Re-test and verify fixes supplied by our developers • Perform a brief regression sweep after each deployment to be sure nothing else broke Deliverables 1. Test plan covering browsers, devices and the three user flows 2. Defect log (Jira-ready CSV or equivalent) with severity, steps and evidence 3. Final summary report highlighting overall quality, open issues and suggestions for UX improvements Tools & communication We communicate on Slack; issues are tracked in Jira, so familiarity there is a plus. If you prefer another recording utility (e.g., Loom, Chrome DevTools captures) that’s fine as long as the output is easy to follow. Timing The first test cycle should start as soon as you receive access credentials and finish within five working days. After that, I may invite you back for future releases if the collaboration goes well. When you reply, share a brief note on similar web or mobile projects you have tested and include one sample bug report so I can see your style.
