Scope of the site • Five static, fully responsive pages: Home, About the Exhibition, Exhibitor Details, Visitor Details, and Contact. • Exhibitor Details page must showcase the current exhibitor list and exhibition categories, each with a prominent “Enquire on WhatsApp” button so prospects can message us instantly. • Visitor Details page is strictly informational; visitors only need to read about the event and click the same WhatsApp link if they have questions. No registration forms are required anywhere on the site. Essential integrations & setup • Click-to-chat WhatsApp link visible on every page. • Domain registration, hosting configuration, and creation of two business email addresses (e.g., info@ and sales@). • Basic SEO tags (title, meta description, alt text) and Google-friendly sitemaps. • Lightweight code with fast load times; no CMS or databases necessary. Deliverables 1. Finalised UI mock-ups for approval. 2. Hand-coded HTML/CSS/JS files (or a simple static-site generator if you prefer). 3. Domain pointed to live hosting, SSL activated. 4. Two working business email inboxes. 5. Documentation covering how to update text and images plus WhatsApp number changes.
