Google Sheets Expense Tracker

I need a simple yet reliable Google Sheets setup for logging my daily income and expenses. The sheet must live online so I can update it from any device, and it has to perform automatic calculations without me touching a calculator. Core objectives • A clean, intuitive table where I enter the date, description, category, and the amount (positive for income, negative for expense). • Formulas that instantly tally daily totals, maintain a running balance, and roll up weekly and monthly summaries. • Separate summary view that shows total income, total expenses, and net balance at a glance. • Protection on formula cells so accidental edits don’t break the math. • Easy sharing permissions so I can add collaborators later. Acceptance will be based on these points working flawlessly and the sheet loading quickly on both desktop and mobile. Extras such as colour-coding, drop-down categories, or lightweight charts are welcome if they don’t complicate the core flow. Once it’s ready, simply share the Google Sheet with edit access and, if needed, attach a quick note describing any key formulas you used.
