Co-Listing Agent / Short-Term Rental Support Project type: Fixed-price project Suggested budget: US $100–250 for the initial project, depending on scope and experience Suggested duration: 1–2 weeks DESCRIPTION We are looking for an experienced Co-Listing Agent or Short-Term Rental Specialist to provide professional support with property listing preparation, optimization, and day-to-day coordination. This is a freelance project focused on improving and supporting short-term rental listings. We are looking for someone organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and familiar with vacation rentals or property listings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review existing property listing information and identify areas for improvement - Improve listing titles, descriptions, amenities, and other guest-facing information - Research comparable short-term rental listings and provide recommendations - Help organize property information, house rules, check-in information, and guest-facing instructions - Prepare recommendations for pricing, presentation, and listing optimization - Help coordinate information between the property owner and relevant service providers when required - Maintain clear project notes and status updates - Identify inconsistencies or missing information and recommend practical solutions IDEAL FREELANCER - Previous short-term rental, Airbnb, vacation rental, hospitality, or property-management experience - Strong written English - Excellent attention to detail - Good communication and organization skills - Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines - Familiarity with listing optimization and guest-facing property information WHEN APPLYING Please briefly describe your relevant experience, the type of short-term rental work you have handled, your availability, and your proposed price for the initial scope.
